MEMBERS FORUM
CONSENT CALENDAR-Approval was voted, seconded and approved.
This agenda, as approved, includes the minutes of the July Board meeting (previously
sent), the membership report, the financial report and the report of the Ice Cream social.
Special notice: Review of the Club budget and preview of our programs, celebrations, activities, coupled with the level of inflation experienced and expected, prompted the board to raise membership dues for 2023 to $20. per member. The use of all club revenue is, by law and by practice, limited to benefit club members, and only club members. That action was approved by the Board of Directors, effective for 2023.
Sherri Dillard has offered to organize and lead a safari to Cambria in October 2023.
Sherri requested approval of $200. as down payment for that safari. The funding was approved. More details about this planned safari will be forthcoming.
